The first meeting of the Executive Committee was held on November 2, 2020, where in members discussed various issues with respect to media freedom, ethics, protection of journalists’ rights, media laws, diversity representation in newsrooms, as well as setting up of sub-committees and commissioning reports with respect to these issues.
