New Delhi, 22nd May. After the Noida Police, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) will now advance the investigation into the case involving YouTuber and former Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav and his eight associates for organizing a rave party in Noida, where snakes and snake venom were reportedly found.
The Noida Police have already submitted a comprehensive 1,200-page charge sheet to the court, naming Elvish Yadav and his associates as accused. The charge sheet includes electronic evidence, a forensic report, and statements from 24 witnesses.
The ED will gather information related to this case from the Noida Police and proceed with the investigation based on the evidence provided in the charge sheet. Additionally, the Noida Police have sent the mobile phones of Elvish Yadav and two other accused to a forensic laboratory for examination.
Sources indicate that the ED is likely to question Elvish Yadav soon.
According to police sources, the three phones sent to the forensic lab contained videos and chats related to rave parties and the use of snake venom.
