New Delhi, 5th Nov. The schedule for assembly by-elections in Odisha, Rajasthan, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh was announced today by the Election Commission.
Padampur in Odisha, Sardarshahar in Rajasthan, Kurhani in Bihar, Bhanupratappur in Chhattisgarh, and Rampur in Uttar Pradesh will hold by-elections on November 5th, along with the Mainpuri Parliamentary constituency.
The EC also declared a by-election for the Uttar Pradesh Lok Sabha seat of Mainpuri, which became vacant after the death of Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav.

The votes will be counted on December 8th.
The notification will be issued on November 10th.
