Dharmendra Pradhan And Sambit Patra Visit Relatives Of Firecracker Explosion Victim

Puri, Odisha, 2nd June. Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister, and Sambit Patra, BJP Lok Sabha candidate, met the relatives of those killed in a Puri firecracker incident.
During Lord Jagannath’s Chandan Yatra on Wednesday night, the incident took place.
Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan declared, “A tragedy occurred in Puri a few days ago. The detonation of the firecracker claimed many lives. A few sustained injuries and were hospitalized. I had a meeting with the deceased’s family.”
“Several people were injured in a fire incident while bursting firecrackers,” stated Pinak Mishra, SP Puri. When a rescue crew arrived, all of the injured were sent to SCB Hospital in Cuttack.”
Naveen Patnaik, the Chief Minister of Odisha, offered his condolences for the incident and said he has instructed the district administration and chief administrative secretary to make sure the injured are treated properly.
He continued, saying that the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund will also cover the costs for people who have been hurt by the state government.
