New Delhi, 18th April. Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj wrote to Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar on Wednesday regarding the lack of medicines in Mohalla clinics, hospitals, and dispensaries run by the Delhi government. He also mentioned the discontinuation of free testing services in Mohalla clinics.
Using the social media platform X, the Health Minister accused the Chief Secretary and Secretary (Health) of providing false information to the government and Legislative Assembly about the availability of medicines.
He urged the Chief Secretary to focus on constructive work as instructed by the government instead of coming up with excuses.
He wrote, “The Chief Secretary and Secretary (Health) blatantly misled both the government and the Legislative Assembly regarding the availability of medicines… Instead of looking for new frivolous excuses every time, the Chief Secretary should do positive work as directed by the government.”
Earlier in the day, the Aam Aadmi Party launched a website called “Aap ka Ram Rajya” to highlight the party’s initiatives in Delhi and Punjab inspired by the concept of Ram Rajya. Senior party leaders like Saurabh Bharadwaj, Sanjay Singh, Atishi, and Jasmine Shah unveiled the website during a press conference.
MP Sanjay Singh praised the work done by the Aam Aadmi Party governments in Delhi and Punjab, stating that their achievements are being recognized globally. He emphasized that despite the significant progress, both governments have managed to maintain a surplus budget in Delhi.
Sanjay Singh encouraged people to visit the website to learn more about the party’s accomplishments in Delhi and Punjab and consider joining their efforts.
Additionally, Atishi compared the struggles faced by Lord Ram in establishing Ram Rajya to the challenges encountered by Arvind Kejriwal in fulfilling his promises to the people of Delhi and Punjab.
