New Delhi, 18th May. In a startling twist, Bibhav Kumar, the Personal Assistant to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, has lodged a written complaint against Swati Maliwal, alleging unauthorized entry, verbal abuse, and threats, hinting at possible BJP involvement in the matter.
In the complaint addressed to the SHO Civil Lines, Kumar asserts that Maliwal forcefully trespassed into the Chief Minister’s residence, disregarding security objections. He claims that Maliwal hurled abuses and threats at him when asked to schedule an appointment with the Chief Minister, further suggesting malicious intent to harm Kejriwal.
Allegedly, Maliwal threatened Kumar with dire consequences, asserting her ability to ensure his imprisonment for life. Security personnel intervened, and Maliwal left the premises around 9:35 am after repeated requests.
Kumar calls for legal action against Maliwal and requests an investigation into her alleged ties with BJP leaders, insinuating political motives amid ongoing Lok Sabha elections.
This complaint emerges amidst a dispute over Maliwal’s accusation against Kumar of assaulting her at the Chief Minister’s residence.
Earlier, Delhi Police filed an FIR based on Maliwal’s complaint, revealing distressing details.
In her statement to the police, Maliwal alleges that Kumar assaulted her, slapping her multiple times and dragging her, causing pain in her chest, stomach, and pelvis. She describes the events of May 13, detailing her attempt to meet the Chief Minister and the subsequent assault by Kumar.
