CM ASHOK GEHLOT: THERE MUST BE EFFECTIVE BRANDING OF POLICIES AND RESOURCES AMONG INVESTORS

Chief Minister of Rajasthan Shri Ashok Gehlot said that Rajasthan has every potential to attract investors from across the country and the world. The need is just to create a favourable environment. He said that the solar and wind sector having immense potential for power generation, efficient human resources, wide land bank, favourable geographical location, better law and order policies and decisions designed in the interest of investors, are those strong aspects, which through branding can encourage a large number of entrepreneurs for investment. He directed that the officers should showcase these characteristics of Rajasthan through various platforms including national and international investment conferences and road shows.

Shri Ashok Gehlot said that the efforts should also be made to develop industrial areas in the state with the help of the private sector. The Chief Minister said that the one-stop shop is an important innovation of the state government through which 14 departments under one roof will get the approval of the investment proposals of entrepreneurs at the earliest. He said that through this system, we provide such service that Rajasthan becomes the first choice of the investors to establish the industry.

It must be noted that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot was reviewing the one-stop shop system, Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor and other industry related issues on the evening of 23rd December.
