CG Pratik Mathur Welcomes MEA Special Secretary Anurag Agarwal to Shanghai

Shanghai: Consul General Pratik Mathur warmly welcomed Anurag Agarwal, Special Secretary and Financial Advisor in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), to Shanghai during his official visit to the city.
