BJP Chief J.P. Nadda Appoints Baby Rani Maurya as BJP National Vice President

New Delhi, 21st Sep. Uttarakhand Former Governor Baby Rani Maurya has been appointed as the National Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday.

Former Uttarakhand Governor Baby Rani Maurya resigned earlier this month two years before completing her tenure. There were several speculations that she might be given some active role in BJP politics.

Sixty-five-year-old Baby Rani Maurya has been associated with the BJP and was sworn in as the Uttarakhand governor on August 26, 2018, taking over from Krishna Kant Paul at the end of his five-year tenure.
