Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates cautioned that the next 4-6 months could be worst in the time of Coronavirus pandemic. His organisation is taking part in efforts to develop and supply Corona vaccine. He warned that the virus could become more deadly. We can reduce the figure of potential casualties by following the guidelines and wearing masks.
Co-chairman of Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, Bill Gates told CNN, “The next 4-6 months could be very bad during the pandemic.”
Gates also said that there has been record cases of infections, deaths and hospitalisations in America in the recent weeks. He had warned of such an epidemic in 2015. He said, ” Overall when I did the forecast in 2015, I talked about the deaths potentially being higher. So this virus could be more fatal than it is. We didn’t get the worst case. But the thing that has surprised me is that the economic impact in the US and around the world has been much greater than the forecast that I had made five years ago.”
