Saharanpur, 19th July. A Bajrang Dal activist was attacked by unidentified men on his way to pick up his kid from school on Monday, according to the police.
The incident occurred in Datauli Ranghad village, Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar said.
He said that Prashant Saini was attacked by five to six persons.

The activist’s brother Rahul tried to intervene and was also hit, the official said.
Saini was rushed to the district hospital and a FIR was filed against unidentified persons, he said.
Kumar said that the police are reviewing CCTV video from the area in order to identify the suspect.
