Assembly Speaker Girish Gautam, State BJP Chief Vishnu Dutt to Flag off Satna Half Marathon

Satna, 15th Nov. Thousands of runners, athletes, and actors from Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab, Delhi, Meghalaya, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Goa, Gujarat, and other states will take part in the Satna Half Marathon, which will be held on November 20, 2022, under the auspices of the Pt. Ganesh Prasad Mishra Seva Trust.

Thousands of registrations have been completed till now.

According to Dr. Rakesh Mishra, President of Seva Nyas, good wishes for the marathon are coming in from all over the country.

Citywide bike rally

A motorcycle rally was held on the city’s main roads in preparation for the Satna Half Marathon. A large number of women and runners visited the city to raise public awareness about the race.

Assembly Speaker and State President BJP will show green signal

The marathon will be flagged off by Assembly Speaker Girish Gautam and State BJP President Vishnu Dutt Sharma on November 20 at 6 a.m. A large number of female and male runners from across the country are taking part.

Workers are at work every day, from morning to night. Going to all the schools and colleges, the work of motivating registration continues until late at night.

Manisha Singh stated that, in addition to Satna, women runners from 80 districts, including Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Delhi, have registered for the half marathon, youth marathon, and Amrit race. Women workers are constantly engaged in the lodging and food arrangements for all female runners.

Online Registration

According to Balkrishna Shukla Beta and Mahendra Tiwari, everything will be done online, from registration to certificate distribution. The website Shaswat Bharat Pvt Ltd of Pt Ganesh Prasad Mishra Seva Trust handles everything from company registration to identity card. Its chief, Shashikant ji, is keeping an eye on the players from Delhi to Satna and all over the country, making arrangements to download their admit cards.

T-shirts will be of tricolor for AKAM

Nitin Mishra said, the Pandit Ganesh Prasad Mishra Seva Trust has done the color of the Amrit Run (5 km) to saffron, Yuva Run (10 km) to green, and Half Marathon (21 km) to white in honor of the great festival of independence. On November 19, all participants who show their admit card and Aadhaar card will be given T-shirts, energy drinks, brochures etc. There will also be information about the entire route.

Sewa Trust is arranging accommodation and food

All outstation players will be accommodated with lodging and food on November 19th. Winter beds and other amenities are being installed in local schools and buildings. Balram Gupta’s team is busy preparing food and beverages for all of the outside runners.

Colorful opening and closing in the stadium

According to Shri Rajesh Tripathi Neelu, the marathon will begin at 6 a.m. on Sunday at Dada Sukhendra Singh Stadium, and Zee News will broadcast live from the 20X50 feet stage on a big screen. This event is being organized under the auspices of Khelo India and Fit India, with Zee News promos featuring messages from various eminent people.

Dr. Rakesh Mishra, President of Ganesh Prasad Mishra Seva Nyas, has invited all citizens to participate in this grand event. All senior citizens in the city are asked to help make this marathon a success in their own way.
