Patna, 9th March.
Addressing a rally organized by the BJP OBC Morcha in Patna’s Paliganj area, Home Minister Amit Shah launched a scathing attack on the top leadership of the Congress and RJD, alleging that they have consistently prioritized the interests of their families over the welfare of the poor.

Shah asserted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP are the only ones capable of truly serving the needs of the impoverished sections of society. He accused the Congress and RJD leadership of perpetuating dynastic politics, claiming that their primary focus has always been to consolidate power within their own families rather than uplifting the marginalized communities.

“The elite echelons of the Congress have consistently catered to their familial interests. Similarly, Lalu Prasad Yadav has spent his entire political career furthering the interests of his family under the guise of championing the cause of backward communities,” Shah asserted.

He emphasized that the sole entities capable of effecting positive change for the underprivileged are Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP.

Shah vowed to take stringent action against those who have unlawfully seized land belonging to the poor, particularly targeting Lalu Prasad Yadav’s party for alleged land-grabbing activities. He announced the government’s intention to establish a committee dedicated to addressing land-related injustices and ensuring swift justice for the victims.

“Lalu Prasad has systematically exploited the land rights of backward, extremely backward, and impoverished individuals. I caution Lalu Prasad’s party that the double engine government in Bihar will not tolerate such malpractices, and strict measures will be implemented against land mafias,” Shah warned.

Highlighting the neglect shown by the Congress and RJD towards veteran leader Karpoori Thakur, Shah praised Prime Minister Modi for conferring the prestigious Bharat Ratna award upon Thakur, a revered figure in Bihar politics. He underscored the BJP’s commitment to honoring and recognizing the contributions of leaders who have dedicated their lives to serving the nation.
