Jaunpur, 14th Dec. Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday held ‘ Samajwadi Vijay Yatra’ in Jaunpur ahead of 2022 Assembly elections.
Taking a dig at UP CM Yogi he said, “Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is very well aware of the fact that none of the rivers are clean hence he decided not to take a dip in Maa Ganga (in Varanasi yesterday).
Addressing a public rally in Malhani Bazar in Jaunpur, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said, “This historical public support indicates BJP’s historical defeat (in 2022 Assembly polls). It’s good that Kashi Vishwanath corridor is ready, but when the poor needed meds, oxygen, beds, BJP orphaned the public.”
Targeting the BJP government, Yadav said that they should accept the contributions of the previous govts while inaugurating & boosting those new projects. The red colour of our caps is of revolution, emotion, a wedding dress, vermilion, & of ‘Hanuman Ji’. BJP doesn’t understand emotions, he said.
Speaking on the Lakhimpur Kheri case, Akhilesh Yadav said that it has been proved after the investigation that the minister & his son had conspired. Now the govt & BJP members should pressurize the State Home Minister to resign.
