The former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma was threatened with death in a video posted on social media by Ajmer Dargah Khadim Salman Chishti, as was previously reported. Chishti stated in the video that he would give his house to anyone who chopped off Sharma’s head. “I swear by my mother and my elders that I will shoot her in the open. I swear to my children that I will give this house to whoever brings Nupur Sharma’s head. The Ajmer Police immediately opened a case against him.
He also attempted to incite Muslims while describing himself as a “true soldier of Khwaja.” According to reports, on June 17, during a silent procession outside the Dargah, KhadimGauharChishti of the Ajmer Dargah delivered a provocative speech and signs reading “Gustakh-e-RasoolkiEk hi saza, sar tan se juda” were held aloft.
The Ajmer Police said the suspect is a history-sheeter with over 13 cases filed against him, including murder and attempted murder, when they detained Ajmer DargahKhadim Salman Chishti on Wednesday for making open death threats against BJP ex-spokesperson Nupur Sharma. The accused made the contentious video, according to the police, while intoxicated.
“I was informed that Salman Chishti, Khadim of the Ajmer Dargah, had shared an objectionable video and that a FIR had been filed. The cleric was detained after he allegedly offered his home as a reward to anyone who beheaded suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma, whose comments on the Prophet Mohammad had caused a commotion. He was taken into custody and is currently being interrogated. He appears to have been drunk when the video was recorded. Salman Chishti, according to the police, is a habitual drug user who once posted an offensive video online while under the influence of alcohol. We are looking into who might be responsible for this, they added. In confirming the accused’s arrest last night, Additional Superintendent of Police VikasSangwan said, “He is a history-sheeter.

A case of abetment to murder has been filed against the suspect, Ajmer DargahKhadim Salman Chishti, after the police detained him on Tuesday. The lawsuit was brought after the contentious Chishti video went viral on social media. Given that Chishti’s arrest came more than a day after the video went viral, it is unclear why the police claimed that the video was made while Chishti was intoxicated.
It is significant to note that Ajmer DargahDeewanZainulAbedin Ali Khan declared that Muslims in India would never permit the Talibanizationmindset to become the norm in the nation after the murder of KanhaiyaLal. “No religion calls for violence against people. All of the teachings in the religion of Islam, in particular, serve as sources of peace. Some unethical minds brutally attacked a poor man in the horrifying video that surfaced online, which is viewed as a punishable sin in the Islamic world, he had said in the statement.
On the other hand, the Anjuman Committee members have stated that no one should post such a video and that whoever posts it is responsible for it.
Pratap Singh Khachariawas, a Minister in the Rajasthani government, has stated that those who try to impose their own laws will face the harshest punishment.
Why are Muslims so sensitive to criticism of their faith when Prof. Mohamad always preached forgiveness and mercy?
Why then are all Muslims so irrational that they feel the need to become agitated and threaten people in this way?Where do they receive such hostile instruction and a negative outlook?
