Actor Kamaal R Khan Detained at Mumbai Airport in 2016 Case, Later Released

Mumbai, 26th Dec. Actor Kamaal R Khan was detained at Mumbai International Airport on Monday for his alleged involvement in an old case.

The case pertains to his posting of vulgar content on social media against several female actors and models, according to the police.

After being detained, Kamaal Khan was taken to Versova police station where he was served a notice before being released, as confirmed by an official.

The actor’s detention was based on a lookout circular (LOC) issued by the Versova police in a 2016 case. In this case, Kamaal Khan was accused of posting vulgar and lewd text on Twitter (now X) targeting more than a dozen actresses and models, the official explained.

Kamaal Khan was brought to the police station and subsequently released after being served a notice, the official added.
