BSP Announces Names of Six More Candidates for Second Phase of UP Assembly Elections

Lucknow, 27th Jan. Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) released the second list of candidates on Thursday for the second phase of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.

The list includes names of six candidates.

Moolchandra Chauhan will contest from Dhampur Vidhan Sabha, Mohammad Rizwan from Kundarki, Yusuf Khan from Nawabganj, Shalini Singh from Faridpur South, Brahmanand Sharma from Bareilly, Chandraketu Maurya from Dadraul.

On January 22, BSP released the first list of 51 candidates for the second phase of the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls.

Elections for 403 assembly constituencies in Uttar Pradesh are scheduled to be held in seven phases starting Feb 10. Voting will be held on February 10, 14, 20, 23, 27 and March 3 & 7. The counting of votes and result declaration will take place on March 10.
