AAP’s Bhopal Office Locked Over Unpaid Rent, Party Cites Fund Crunch

Bhopal- The Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) office in Bhopal, operating from a leased house, was locked by the landlord after rent remained unpaid for three months.

MP AAP joint secretary Ramakant Patel admitted the financial strain, stating, “We are honest, but right now, our party does not have funds. So we couldn’t pay the rent.” He added that party operations are managed with local funds, but workers are facing financial difficulties.

State BJP spokesperson Narendra Saluja took a jibe at AAP on X, saying, “AAP’s MP office locked, next number is of Congress.”

This comes after AAP’s setback in the Delhi Assembly polls, where the BJP won 48 out of 70 seats, leaving the Arvind Kejriwal-led party with just 22 seats.
