New Delhi, 16 Jan: The Indian Navy will proudly celebrate the ‘Year of Naval Civilians’ on 17 January 2025 at the Dr DS Kothari Auditorium, DRDO Bhawan, New Delhi. Hon’ble Raksha Mantri will preside over the event as the Chief Guest, reflecting the significance of this historic celebration.

The ceremony is designed to honor the achievements and contributions of Naval Civilians who play a pivotal role in supporting the Navy’s mission.

The song, with lyrics, music, and vocals by Naval Civilians, is accompanied by musicians from the Naval Central Band and mentored by Cdr Satish Champion, Director of Music (Navy). The live performance underscores the seamless integration of Civilian and Uniformed personnel.
- Awards for Exemplary Service
The Hon’ble Raksha Mantri will confer meritorious and cash awards to select Naval Civilians in six categories, recognizing their exceptional service and contributions to the Navy’s success.
