Chandigarh, 5th Oct. As Haryana went to the polls, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini accused the Congress party of “plundering” the state and deceiving voters.

Saini, who cast his vote in his native village of Mirza in Ambala district, stated, “Congress does the politics of ‘jhooth and loot’ and the people of Haryana have understood this.”

He expressed confidence that voters are ready to bring the BJP back to power for a third consecutive term. Voting for all 90 Assembly seats began at 7 am and will end at 6 pm, with results expected on October 8.

Saini, contesting from Ladwa, emphasized the achievements of the BJP’s “double-engine” government over the past decade, claiming that farmers are satisfied with his administration’s policies.

Former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar echoed these sentiments, asserting that Congress is facing internal turmoil and claiming that the recent return of BJP leader Ashok Tanwar to Congress is indicative of disarray within their ranks.
