Gandhi Jayanti Celebration Illuminates Khadi Gramodyog Bhawan in CP

New Delhi, 3rd Oct. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s remarkable leadership in empowering Mahatma Gandhi’s vision of promoting and embracing Khadi products in India is being celebrated by Khadi India at Connaught Place, Delhi.

Khadi Gramodyog Bhawan played host to an enthusiastic crowd as it celebrated Gandhi Jayanti with grandeur.

Several distinguished dignitaries including Union Ministers Hardeep Singh Puri, Dr. Jitendra Singh, National President of BJP JP Nadda, and Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and Manoj Tiwari Member of Lok Sabha along with several other MPs and MLAs were also present.

The Bhawan witnessed a surge in visitors who not only were amazed at Make in India items but also purchased an array of Khadi and Village Industries products, showcasing their deep admiration for these indigenous goods.

Miniature Charkha and Gandhi Topi emerged as the crowd’s favorites, reflecting the rich heritage that reflects Mahatma Gandhi’s profound legacy.

The Bhawan offered special discounts including a remarkable 60% off on selected items, 20% discount on Khadi products, and a generous 10% discount on Village Industries Products.

Further, Omja Cold Press Mobile Van was inaugurated in front of the Bhawan. Omja Oils and Agro is a PMEGP Unit.

The van demonstrated production & extraction of Sunflower oil, Mustard oil, Sesame oil, and Coconut oil right on the spot, providing visitors with the unique opportunity to witness the process.

Khadi Gramodyog Bhawan continues to stand as a testament to the enduring spirit of Khadi and Village Industries, embodying the ideals and principles championed by Mahatma Gandhi.
