Modi used to taunt former PM Dr. Manmohan Singh of wearing a raincoat in the bathroom obviously referring to his silence on various scandals and scams during UPA, Govt. Million dollar question is being asked in political, administrative and media circles of Haryana is that if Manmohan Singh was wearing raincoat then what Modi’s chela Manohar Lal wears Raincoat or colored Jackets.?
