Imphal, 4th Feb. A powerful explosion occurred on Saturday near the location of a fashion show event in Imphal that actress Sunny Leone is scheduled to attend on Sunday.
However, no injuries were reported in the incident, which occurred in Manipur’s capital’s Hatta Kangjeibung area.
The blast happened only 100 meters from the venue around 6.30 a.m. on Saturday.

It is not yet clear whether the explosion was caused due to an Improvised Explosive Device or a grenade, an official said.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the explosion.
